General Terms and Conditions

1. Introductory provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC") govern the contractual relationship between Let IT Bee, s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") in connection with the provision of VPS hosting services and related services under the Exascale.cz brand (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). An integral part of the GTC are Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) a Data Processing Principles.

3. Scope of Service

Service parameters (performance, storage, data transfer, number of IP addresses) are listed for individual tariffs. The provider supplies the Customer with a virtual server featuring the agreed parameters and access to a customer portal for its management.

8. Liability for damage

The Provider is liable for damage caused by breach of its obligations; total compensation is limited to the price of the Service paid by the Customer in the last 6 months. The Provider is not liable for lost profits, loss of data not caused by it, or damage caused by the actions of the Customer or third parties.

9. Claims

Defects The Customer reports defects via support without undue delay. The Provider resolves the complaint within a reasonable time and informs the Customer of the outcome.

10. Consumer withdrawal

If the Customer is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. For services whose provision was commenced at the express request of the Customer before this period has expired, the Customer acknowledges that they may lose the right to withdraw or will pay a proportionate part of the price for the performance actually provided.

11. Protection of Personal Data

Processing of personal data is governed by Personal Data Processing Principles in accordance with the GDPR regulation.
