Data Processing Principles
These principles describe how Let IT Bee, s.r.o. (hereinafter the "Controller") processes personal data of customers and visitors of the Exascale.cz service in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll.
1. What data we process
- Identification and contact details: name, company name, IČO/VAT number, address, email, telephone.
- Payment: billing details, payment history (card data is processed exclusively by the payment gateway).
- Operational and technical: IP addresses, system logs, and data essential for operating and securing the Service.
- Data from the forms: content of enquiries and communication with support.

3. Retention period
- Contract details for the duration of the contract and for the necessary period thereafter (enforcement of claims).
- Accounting and tax documents for the period prescribed by law (usually 10 years).
- Operational logs for as long as necessary for operation and safety.
- Data processed on the basis of consent until withdrawal of consent.
4. Recipients and processors
Data may be passed to processors who carry out specific activities on behalf of the Controller, in particular, payment gateway providers, email/delivery services, accounting services and infrastructure providers. The Controller has concluded data processing agreements with these processors. Data are not transferred outside the EU without appropriate safeguards.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, request its correction or erasure, restrict processing, ensure portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. Submit requests via the contact details below.
6. Cookies
The website uses essential cookies for its operation and, based on your consent, analytical and marketing tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking). Settings can be changed at any time in your browser.
